The definition of our accommodation units is "ensuite bedroom" and we are allowed to rent 3, because the rooms do not have any cooking facilities (which are located in the shared kitchen). The Islands Trust (Local Authority) does not allow the renting of "suites" (which include a kitchen), therefore we do not refer to these units as "suites" on this website. However, when guests leave a review,  they often use the term "suite"; we have no control over the words chosen by our guests and the reviews cannot (and should not) be changed. Therefore any use of the words "suite/suites" by guests should not be regarded as an accurate legal description of our units.
