Salad and/or Steamed Vegetables (season with salt, vinegar or lemon juice and a sprinkle of olive oil) with Roast Nuts & Dried Fruit. Liquid Nutrient Extraction Mixes Combine least one type of fruit and one type of vegetable in the blender cup, fill to the top with apple juice or spring water. Denman Island Spring Water
Drinking water (and/or herbal tea) throughout the day, aids in the removal of toxins by flushing them out more quickly, whilst also keeping you hydrated. Drinking at least 8 cups of water a day can help you stay on track.
We provide naturally alkaline Denman Spring Water with a pH of 7.2 - 7.4, close or equal to our blood which is pH 7.34 - 7.35.
