Organic Raw Detox Cleanse Food Eating organic raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and dry fruits offers numerous health benefits, including improved digestion, increased nutrient intake, and potentially enhanced immunity. These foods are also naturally high in fiber, antioxidants, and essential vitamins and minerals. Liquid Nutrient Extractions A nutrition plan where you consume nothing but Liquid Nutrient Extractions (aka smoothies), nuts and dried fruits for a certain number of days. When you ‘powerfully blend’ them, also referred to as “nutrient extraction”, you're consuming all the nutrients and antioxidants from the fruits and vegetables in a digestible form. This means that your body can absorb all the goodness and benefits they have to offer. Solid Food You may choose solid food for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner; consisting of fruit salad, salad with vegetables (raw or lightly steamed); with dry-roasted nuts and dried fruits. Choose Diet Choose the diet that fits your body and your cleanse/detox or weigh loss goals. The simple liquid diets will achieve quicker deeper results. Your Body is constantly working to eliminate toxins and a strong and clean body can rid itself of most toxic waste. But without proper cleansing, this waste can and will build up. Salad and/or Steamed Vegetables (season with salt, vinegar or lemon juice and a sprinkle of olive oil) with Roast Nuts & Dried Fruit. Denman Island Spring Water
Drinking water (and/or herbal tea) throughout the day, aids in the removal of toxins by flushing them out more quickly, whilst also keeping you hydrated. Drinking at least 8 cups of water a day can help you stay on track.
We provide naturally alkaline Denman Spring Water with a pH of 7.2 - 7.4, close or equal to our blood which is pH 7.34 - 7.35.
