I am happy with all the experience I got in Manna House - healing, relaxing, rejuvenating - from breathtaking sea view from my window, nourishing smoothies, warming bathtubs, detoxifying saunas to life-changing massage and astrology sessions. All this made a deep influence on my body, mind and soul.

After the retreat I implemented Wim Hof breathing in my daily routine, switched to organic food and started group Tai Chi sessions. Feeling great so far. We even started thinking of moving to BC one day.

Manna House is a haven for rejuvenation and relaxation. I highly recommend!
Manna House was a wonderful retreat experience. Mark, the owner was very kind and checked in through text regularly to ensure everything was ok, while maintaining guests' privacy.
The Ocean Sauna and fire pit were my favourite part of the experience. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and nuts were always available in quantity.

Now the food…it was amazing—so much variety that we were excited to decide what we’d prepare every meal. Keep in mind you make your owns shakes and salads which we loved because it was preparing us to come home and repeat it! Everything was fresh, cut up, and ready to enjoy. We never got bored with the options. This retreat not only refreshed me but also inspired me to keep eating raw food each day in my diet. Modified Fasting • Raw Food Combined with Cooked Organic Vegan Meals You do not have to give up solid food but rather concentrate on certain cleanse foods instead.
