Manna House is an Oceanfront Nordic Spa boasting 3 Thermal Therapy Circuits and Massage facilities, and has become a destination for people wanting to "detox" in comfort and privacy. This retreat combines Thermal Therapy with a Raw Food Cleanse, for a complete detox and rejuvenation.
We provide you with a private, peaceful, beautiful, and structured environment to focus on your detoxification, through nourishing, organic, anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, plant-based raw foods. Six meals a day at two hour intervals, 4 as 'liquid nutrient extractions' (aka smoothies), and solid as salad/fruit salad twice a day, all washed down with alkalizing spring water. The purpose of the cleanse is to support your 'gut microbiota' (aka 'gut biome') by absorbing as many quality nutrients as possible while giving your digestive system a break from processed foods, meat, dairy, gluten and the chemicals and pollutants found in anything that is not organic.
Daily infrared sauna sessions are Included in the "Reset" Detox Retreat, in addition to the hot and cold tubs in your garden which are ready for you 24/7. Guests staying 3 nights or longer may also enjoy a 4+ hour session in the oceanfront wood-fired sauna.
