The in-house, full-spectrum, medical grade Infrared Sauna is included for 1-2 people, for private daily sessions lasting up to 3 hours, including 60 minutes IR exposure.

It's assembled without glue from thick planks, so the sauna is toxin-free, and finished with 100% natural beeswax. Manna House is a haven for rejuvenation and relaxation. I highly recommend!
Manna House was a wonderful retreat experience. Mark, the owner was very kind and checked in through text regularly to ensure everything was ok, while maintaining guests' privacy.
The Ocean Sauna and fire pit were my favourite part of the experience. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and nuts were always available in quantity.

Now the food…it was amazing—so much variety that we were excited to decide what we’d prepare every meal. Combine least 3 or 4 fruits and vegetables in the blender cup, fill to the top with apple juice or spring water, and it's a good idea to add lemon & ginger to taste. Use the following suggestions as a starting point to invent your own combinations:

Drinking water (and/or herbal tea) throughout the day, aids in the removal of toxins by flushing them out more quickly, whilst also keeping you hydrated. Drinking at least 8 cups of water a day can help you stay on track. Denman Island Spring Water
We provide naturally alkaline Denman Spring Water with a pH of 7.2 - 7.4, close or equal to our blood which is pH 7.34 - 7.35.

Mind-Body Exercise Recommendations
Take a few minutes, two or three times a day minimum, to do some or all of the following.
Listen to your mind/body and choose the best options for you.
It's a good idea to prepare for emotions that may arise. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the liver is associated with anger, the kidneys with fear, and the spleen with worry. Old emotions may arise and be cleansed from the system as the corresponding organs are cleansed.
